Welcome to Season Coffee, Bar & Kitchen! Based on King Street, in the heart of the Market Quarter in Southport, we focus on providing the best specialty coffee shop experience all year round. Our ethically sourced, specialty grade beans are roasted locally in Ainsdale, delivered to store daily and ground freshly to every order. Aside from being a high quality coffee shop, we are also licensed and offer a wide range of premium beers, wines and spirits. Many of our products are sourced from local breweries and distilleries, but we also travel far and wide for some of the best quality beers around the world – you will probably recognise many of them from your travels!

As the name suggests, we try to encompass the best bits of every season by making changes to our food and drink menus, as well as our appearance. Throughout summer we have tried to utilise some of the best seasonal ingredients and products, including some interesting stuff behind the bar that really hits the spot on those warm summer evenings. As we move toward autumn, expect to see several changes that will encourage our customers to spend more time with us on those wet and windy days.

Based in a seaside town, we enjoy meeting tourists and locals alike, many of them travelling far and wide just to get a taste of some of the best coffee on offer in the North West. During the day we welcome day trippers, community groups, local business people, young and old for specialty coffee and tea, homemade soup, sandwiches, cakes and much more. In the evening our venue provides a relaxing and cosy environment to enjoy a few drinks a choice of small plate offerings which are carefully chosen to suit our range of beers.

One of our favourite things is specialty coffee! Our partnership with local roasters means that we can provide the freshest possible beans. We use state of the art San Remo machinery to create our recipes and really enjoy being able to offer different tastes throughout the year. Our favourite coffee right now comes from the Rwenzori mountains which boasts lots of flavour, with a natural sweetness and fruity notes - tastes great all year round but we really enjoy it on a warm summer morning. Our baristas are passionate about coffee and trained to produce each drink to the highest standard. This means that no order is ever rushed and always ground, distributed and tampered to order - not to be confused with many well-known coffee chains.
